Even the Apostle Paul knew what it was like to be trapped in a sin that he kept returning to (see Romans 7:14 - 8:2) and we’ve all experienced it too. But the great news is that none of us needs to stay in bondage to sin.
If you are using the video teaching sessions, you will have seen the story in the last session of how one man escaped from an addiction to porn by putting into practice what he learned on this course. Whatever the sin you tend to get “caught” in, take hold of these key truths and be encouraged that you really can put them in to practice.
